Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Veleiro Anejo 3-Year Rum
  • 1⁄2 ounce ginger syrup
  • 1⁄2 ounce pineapple juice
  • 1⁄2 ounce lime juice
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • Glass: Short

Mixology

  1. Shake and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
  2. Top with soda.
  3. Garnish with a lime wheel and a ginger candy.
